How far does a curved LED wall actually bend?

Every ARC cabinet sets its own angle, from 90° concave through flat to 90° convex. Because the curve is per-cabinet rather than per-wall, a single run can change direction along its length — and four panels close into a seamless cylinder. Drag the slider to shape the panel.

Concave & Convex Geometry

Seamless −90° to +90° curving wraps columns, walls and custom contours so content stays continuous around the bend.

Modular 500 mm Cabinets

Lightweight 500 × 500 mm cabinets at 28 kg/m² assemble into limitless layouts — including four-panel cylindrical columns.

Fine 1.95 / 2.6 mm Pitch

Two fine-pitch options hold detail at close indoor viewing distances, where visitors stand within arm's reach.

3,840 Hz Flicker-Free

A 3,840 Hz refresh with ≥14-bit greyscale keeps playback smooth on camera as well as to the naked eye.

8,000:1 Contrast

Deep blacks and vivid colour at 800–1,000 cd/m², with a 160° viewing angle that holds fidelity off-axis.

Front Service Access

Modules, power supplies and receiving cards pull from the face — no rear clearance needed against a wall or column.

ARC 1.95 and ARC 2.6, side by side.

Both models share the same 500 × 500 mm cabinet, curving range, refresh rate and contrast. Pixel pitch and density are what separate them — everything else is common to the platform.

Buyer's guide

Specifying a curved LED wall.

How far can the ARC Series curve?

Each cabinet curves from −90° concave through flat to +90° convex. Because the angle is set per cabinet rather than across the whole wall, a single run can change direction along its length — and four panels join into a seamless cylindrical column.

What is the difference between ARC 1.95 and ARC 2.6?

Pixel pitch and density. ARC 1.95 uses SMD1212 LEDs at 262,144 dots/m² with a 256 × 256 cabinet resolution; ARC 2.6 uses SMD1515 at 147,456 dots/m² with 192 × 192. Both share the same 500 × 500 mm cabinet, 3,840 Hz refresh, 8,000:1 contrast and ±90° curving.

Which pixel pitch should I choose?

Use the rule of thumb that minimum comfortable viewing distance in metres roughly matches the pitch number. ARC 1.95 suits luxury retail, museums and lobbies where people stand within about two metres. ARC 2.6 suits larger architectural features read from three metres or more.

Can ARC be installed against a wall or column?

Yes — ARC is front-serviceable, so modules, power supplies and receiving cards are accessed from the face of the display. No rear clearance is required, which is what makes column wraps and flush architectural installs practical.

Is the ARC Series suitable for outdoor use?

No. ARC is rated IP20 and engineered for indoor environments, operating from −20 to +50 °C at 10–95% RH. For weather-sealed outdoor work, look at the Oasis and Unity Platinum series, both IP66.

How much does a curved LED video wall cost?

Cost is driven by total surface area, pixel pitch and the complexity of the curve. ARC 1.95 carries roughly 78% more LEDs per square metre than ARC 2.6 and prices accordingly. Send dimensions, the radius or column diameter, and the viewing distance, and we'll come back with a specified number.
